WIFS' mission is to create a better balance between masculine and feminine values in the financial sector. We are an ambitious network, working together with our members and partners to create a platform for balanced leadership, where diversity and inclusiveness contribute to a better and healthier financial sector. The confidence in our sector needs to be restored and WIFS is convinced that the contribution of feminine values can play a major role in this. 

Therefore, there needs to be more space and respect for female power in the sector. WIFS puts its mission into practice by giving substance to 4 core values: connect, share, empower & energise.
