Be the change you want to see!

Diana is an independent woman, born and raised in The Hague. She is the eldest daughter of an Indonesian father and a Dutch mother.

In Rotterdam, Diana studied economics, after which she, among others, attended MBA Culture & Innovation and is an alumna of Harvard Business School. She believes the times call for change powered by skills and guts.

Diana spent more than 25 years in senior management roles in financial services, marketing & sales and HR divisions at, among others, Zwitserleven, SNS REAAL and De Volksbank.

Since 2018, Diana has been working as a business executive coach from Bubble-Check, both consulting as on an interim basis. She also facilitates leadership programmes and events.

"This is something I do out of my passion to give everyone a stage to discover and use their talent and potential! Just by starting who you are and what you have to offer the world."

In non-executive roles, Diana also advises start-ups and scale ups in HR-tech and Fin-tech companies.

"Since 2018, I have been president of the board of WIFS in the Netherlands. Our goal is to bring more balance and build a sustainable inclusive company and sector, especially when it comes to the balance between masculine and feminine values. To set an example for a society where there is room for everyone. I believe you need female power and connecting leadership to change the industry and the world for the next generation. As WIFS, we also contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 5 and 10."

"The only limitation in life is our thinking, because I strongly believe that if you can dream it, you can create and build it!"
