Justina Alders-Sheya

Treasurer

Justina Alders-Sheya is an impact investor at Triodos Investment Management, co-managing Triodos Microfinance Fund, Triodos Fair Share Fund and SFRE fund. She has over 18 years of experience in the financial services sector, focusing on investment management, impact investing and financial inclusion. Justina's ambition is to combine social impact with financial return. In her network, Justina is know as a passionate investor with strong financial, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Before joining Triodos IM, she held several positions at EY( as accountant and consultant) and ING Group (where she held positions in accounting, finance and corporate finance). Justina is a certified charted accountant, holds a post-master degree in accounting from the Vrije Universiteit van Amsterdam, a Master degree in Financial Economics from the University of London and a bachelor degree in commerce from the University of Namibia.

Justina is a staunch believer in the principles of WiFS and an ambassador for inclusion both in her work as in personal life. She came in contact with WiFS through her network at EY, where she was one of the active members in the diversity and inclusion debate.

Justina is Namibian and Dutch, she married to George and lives in Amstelveen with her husband and two sons. Her hobbies are among others traveling, gastronomy and football.
