Lediane is a Senior Client Manager at Capital Group, serving institutional clients in the Nordics, Middle East, and the Netherlands. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, working in international organisations across various roles.

She is passionate about art and serves on the board of Fondazione Recontemporary, supporting educational programs for children and financial literacy initiatives for emerging artists, particularly women. Her collection reflects this focus, with most works created by female artists.

Lediane values diverse perspectives and the impact women bring to organizations and society. She supports WIFS’ mission to increase female representation in finance, believing that when women thrive, economies and communities become stronger.

Originally from Brazil, she lives in Amsterdam with her husband and son. Working at a company with nearly a century of success rooted in diversity—where half of leadership roles are held by women—has reinforced her belief that inclusion is both possible and powerful.
