Willem Vosmer is Partner at impact advisory firm Steward Redqueen, where he advises banks and investors on their social impact. With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, Willem supports organisations in developing clear impact strategies, measuring impact, and strengthening their role in society. He has worked with numerous organisations in the Netherlands and abroad supporting them in the transformation aimed at creating a more inclusive and sustainable financial sector.

Besides that, he is also active as a speaker and moderator at international events on the societal role of business and impact investing, with specific attention to diversity and inclusion. And he is a member of the Standing Committee of the China Alliance for Social Value Investment; the first foundation dedicated to impact investing in China.

Willem lives in Utrecht with his wife and two sons.
