Equal Pay: from transparency to transformation

WIFS, in collaboration with DNB, is organising a meeting on equal pay and pay transparency. The new European regulations on pay transparency provide organisations with tools to identify and address pay gaps. But legislation alone is not enough. Policies and processes may be in place, yet little changes in practice if it remains a mere ‘tick-box’ exercise.

What really drives cultural change?

This afternoon, you’ll discover what drives leaders, gain insights from pioneers and witness a thought-provoking panel discussion. We’ll explore what the new legislation means for organisations in the financial sector, the challenges employers face, and the steps needed to move from transparency to real impact. Together with experts, sector representatives and practitioners, we’ll discuss how we can bridge the gap between legislation and genuine transformation.
