NOW is the time for change!
"We live in a time of extraordinary change. A time when every individual, every business, every sector and every government is experiencing the effects of breakthroughs in computing power, connectivity, artificial intelligence, biotechnology and other innovative technologies. This is a revolution without borders that is spreading around the world at an incredible speed." Klaus Schwab - World Economic Forum

In this time of extraordinary change, the Earth, our home, is becoming increasingly fragile. Its well-being (and ours) is threatened by systemic crises in our relationship with ourselves, with each other and with the Earth.

We are out of balance. To restore this balance, we must give the female voice a significant role and balance the feminine power with the masculine. In order to properly respond to the challenges we face within our organisations, our sector, the world, we need to shift from 'power over' to 'power to create'. In essence, this is about relationships and connections, the core of female power.

How can the WIFS leadership programme help you?
The core of the programme is a journey of personal discovery, but one that is undertaken in community with others like you. From the start, the programme encourages reflection, awareness, community and action 'for good' on your personal challenge and a shared challenge.

The programme consists of 3 phases:

  1. Preparation.
  2. The deep dive Journey Intensive that you go through together with a community of changemakers.
  3. In action. Supported by a community of changemakers, mentors and/or sponsors from within your ecosystem and by coaching from the RedZebra facilitators.

Why this programme?
A future in which the financial sector is as diverse and inclusive as our society. That is what we at WIFS are committed to. In the financial sector in particular, male leadership qualities are traditionally the norm. More space and respect for female qualities, such as empathy, cooperation and a focus on the long term, ensure more diverse teams that make better informed decisions. The result: better products and services, more profitable companies and a more future-proof sector.

WIFS is committed to making the power of the feminine visible, and empowering changemakers across the sector to feel empowered (and energised) to act 'for good'. The intention of WIFS with this programme is to support this growing community of changemakers by:

  1. Strengthening the power of the female within a community of changemakers who share values such as: connection, empowerment, sharing and energising;
  2. And to support these changemakers as they take action together towards the 'what if...'?

Who are the facilitators of the journey?
