Corporate Membership

How do you become part of our 50/50 mission movement? You can choose from various corporate membership options:

  1. WIFS PARTNER
  2. WIFS PROMOTOR
  3. WIFS SPONSOR

You can engage with WIFS as an organization in 3 different ways. The contributions listed below must be paid annually. With each form of membership, you commit to a 3-year term. The individual memberships mentioned are billed directly to the employee and reimbursed separately by the organization through the HR reimbursement policy.

WIFS Partner

A solid foundation to jointly increase the feminine footprint in the sector on the way to 50/50. This means that, to start, 25 men and 25 women from the company will become individual *members. Additionally, this membership level offers:

  • 50 complimentary tickets for physical events
  • Free attendance at online WIFS events for organization employees interested in WIFS
  • Exposure at the international DiveIn Festival
  • Priority for 1 spot on the exclusive WIFS Leadership Program
  • Access to our exclusive executive search and leaders network
  • Access to the advisory network and speakers in the field of D&I and leading change
  • Participation in the Accelerate 50/50 Research
  • D&I specialists network with themed sessions

The cost of WIFS PARTNER is €5,050 [excluding VAT] per year.

WIFS Promotor

As a promoter, you publicly support WIFS' mission and the individual members* (at least 25 individual memberships) within your organization have the opportunity to utilize all development tools and networking opportunities that WIFS provides.

  • 50 complimentary tickets for physical events
  • Free attendance at online WIFS events for organization employees interested in WIFS
  • Exposure at the international DiveIn Festival
  • Access to our exclusive executive search and leaders network
  • Access to the advisory network and speakers in the field of D&I and leading change

The cost of WIFS PROMOTOR is €2,525 [excluding VAT] per year.

Annual sponsor​

One-time sponsorship by providing a speaker and/or location for the annual event (location including streaming, facilities, and/or speaker).

  • Minimum number of individual members* 50 per year
  • Access to D&I Platform for 1 year for HR D&I specialist

All programs are also open to employees of your company.

*Individual members pay an annual fee of €100 per year. They claim this from your company's HR department.
