For the first round of the WIFS leadership programme, we are looking for 10-14 changemakers who want to commit to a future in which female qualities in leadership play as important a role as the male ones. The WIFS leadership programme ensures that you:

- Together with others in the programme, unlock the feminine power, so that together we create a new story in which the balance between feminine and masculine power is optimal. This new story at its core is about possibility.
- Creating a new reality from which together we initiate change 'for good' within your organisation, the financial sector and the world at large.
Practical information
The WIFS leadership programme starts with a schedule including one evening and 2.5 days. The location is centrally in the Netherlands. The entire programme lasts from September 2021 to June 2022, with the journey on 29 and 30 September and 1 October and subsequently three return visits. In this first journey, the language of the programme is Dutch. The second journey starts in January 2022. The whole programme lasts from January 2022 to October 2022, with the journey on 10, 11 and 12 January and thereafter three return moments. The language of instruction depends on the participants.
The investment is € 3,500 ex VAT for the journey including three return moments. Early birds of the 1st group pay € 3,250,- ex VAT.
