The Future Leaders Program (FLP) is a unique 13-month leadership journey developed by TEAMPACTOR, and proudly supported by WIFS. 

The FLP is designed to empower young professionals in the financial sector and beyond. The program gives participants the opportunity to broaden their horizons and become changemakers in the field of sustainability. By working as a team on an SDG issue, seeking depth in the field of ESG and at the same time strengthening their leadership skills, the FLP offers a unique opportunity for personal development and growth.

Based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) principles, this action-oriented learning program offers a special experience.The FLP is more than leadership development. It is a strategic investment in innovation, team development and long-term impact.

Hybrid (virtual & on-site across the Netherlands)

The FLP is designed for ambitious professionals who:

• Are aged 23 - 35
• Have at least 2 years of work experience
• Are based in the Netherlands
• Are eager to grow, lead, and make impact on the SDGs
• Are willing to commit ~15 days over 13 months
